Feedback and complaints

Safe, accessible ways to be heard

Children, caregivers, community members, staff and partners should have safe, accessible ways to share feedback or raise a complaint.

We welcome feedback about our work, including what is helping and what remains difficult. We review feedback and use it to improve how we work with families, communities and partners.

How to share feedback or make a complaint

Write to info@actionreach.org with “Feedback” or “Complaint” in the subject line, or use our contact form and choose “Feedback or complaint”. You do not have to include your name if you prefer not to, but we may then be unable to reply to you.

Please do not send sensitive child-protection information through these routes. For safeguarding concerns, see our safeguarding page.

What to expect

Feedback and complaints are handled with care and confidentiality. We will not treat anyone differently for raising a concern, and support is never withdrawn because someone has given feedback.
